If you want to remain on neutral grounds,
and treat all distro's likewise, you might consider the OBS.

A good example is:
http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/repositories/home:/rbos:/ib/
Where a guy builds a package for debian, ubuntu, centos, fedora,
mandriva and suse......
