pam_pkcs11: build problem under linux

Dominik Fischer
Hi Juan,

I've a problem building pam_pkcs11 under linux: in card_eventmgr.c
LPTSTR is used as type. Maybe char* is better there?
See appended patch.

Kind regards,
Dominik Fischer

Yes, you can use "char *". LPTSTR is defined by pcsc-lite since
1.2.9-beta3 released in June 2004. It is defined in
/usr/include/PCSC/wintypes.h as:
        typedef char *LPTSTR;
